Always understaffed. Lines are out the door. Tellers are not welcoming. The staff won’t even speak to customers as they come in. SMH

I've been with First Horizon for about 15 years. Never had any issues. Always great customer service. Always nice, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend this bank to anyone

The teller was very nice to help me out with my banking transaction by cashing a check for me. However, I did not count my money and did not realize until a little later I was shorted $30. As I’d left the bank already there was nothing I could do. I chalk it up a lousy lesson to learn.
