Terrible customer service. Staff are extremely rude. You will not be greeted and they will actually flat out ignore you.Tip: If you are in town to buy a tennis there are plenty of other options with better customer service.

They had the wrong picture posted on their website. The shoes came and they are COMPLETELY different. The other two pairs I ordered had the logo (on the shoes) rubbed half off and the bottoms are dirty. You reselling used shoes or what?!
Customer service is a joke. They want me to send all three shoes back for “inspection”. Are you kidding me!? Never wasting my money at finish line again.

My experience was horrible. Customer service is simply lacking. I entered the store and was not greeted, asked if I needed help. I looked around as I made contact with one of the salesperson. They were both, one seated and the other one standing while on their cell phones all while expressing how glad they would be when 5:00 arrived. I looked around once more as another customer was also in the store was simply told something about the shoe he was looking at. I left the store without making a purchase of which my intentions were to buy several pairs. I simply refuse to spend my dollars at a store that exhibit poor customer service. Last time at this location at 6550 in Southaven.

Just walked out about 15 min ago. Just came in to buy my son some shoes for his bday. One cashier working and one floor associate. Let’s just sum in up to blatant racism as he addresses everyone else in the store but us. Was standing near the crocs then he disappeared to the back for quite some time. We realized he didn’t want to help us so we left. You won’t get future business from us again.

I return a Nike pullover on feb.6,2022 that I had order online and the two guys that where there didn’t send my pullover I return back to hub. So on Tuesday I called the manager and told her and she told me that UPS pick up the package Monday morning but she also stated that there was no packages left at the store Monday. So she gave me the number to customer service and I called them and they said they see no records of it. So he ask me for my tracking number I told him I don’t have one. So he said he was going to contact the manager at the store and get with me. Never heard back from him. So I called on Thursday back to customer service to see if there was any updates on the package I return there was nothing. So she called the store manager back and they look for my package and it was still in the store never return to the hub. The manager and her people should be accountable for package and the lies she told and I have to wait several more days to get my refund when they say they was going to put it into they system to sale at the store. I will never spend anymore of my money as long as she and those two guys work there. She wasn’t concern about the package at all.

A young man named "Trey" answered the phone lying about store hours claiming to be the store manager. It was obvious that he was lying blatantly when I asked to speak to the manager that I know is out of town for a few days. The sad part is that in a post pandemic world everyone talks about how we should support the workers but how when they don't even want to do their job efficiently. Cutting hours early in order to serve their own personal needs is just unacceptable and then lying about it is ridiculous! If this location's performance is low I completely understand why and eventually it will lead to this location closing and even more jobs being lost ultimately.

Not a good experience at all. I spent 155 on 2 pair of shoes. Got horrible, just horrible customer service. I hope they don't get paid on commission because I basically did all the work. Showed him a picture of the shoes I wanted to buy (that we saw at finish line collierville) was told they didn't have them. After trying on 2 pairs of shoes and trying to buy one of those pair, was told they had lost the mate. Then as we were walking out my son spotted the shoes we originally asked about. Don't go here unless you have too.

Customer service is trash here. They don't greet the customers. I had to walk up to the front of an empty store and ask for assistance. The guy tells me to try on the display. So I tell him I want the shoe and he had an attitude about going to get it so I went to Dillards. Will never waste my time in this store again. 4: 45 p.m 8/36
