Placed online order, was given pick up time, arrived and they knew nothing about it. Never received update. Order was submitted 2 days prior and promised by 11am, arrived at 1pm and just started trying to figure it out.

Not sure why the negative reviews, I have experienced nothing short of excellent customer service. Whether I am dealing with Veronica or Antonio they both are absolutely wonderful. Keep up the good work!!!

Erica at this location is a gem!! I needed to return items to my corporate headquarters and came in with various equipment first thing on a Monday morning. She was friendly, professional, courteous… The experience was most excellent. Well done FedEx! You need to recognize this employee, by the way.
