It would've been better if I could've gotten through the aisles and able to get what I needed but most were blocked with stuff so it was very nerve wracking trying to climb over things to grab what I needed but I was already there and prices were good so I went ahead and continued my shopping but hopefully they clean it up so it will be a better experience next time.

They seem to always have a long line and can never keep a short line.

Lines are a little too long sometimes but move at a reasonable speed. Store is always stocked well and customer service is normally friendly.

Hours of operation are 8am-10pm.This is the 4th time I’ve gone by there and the store associates were outside smoking and told me they were closed before 9pm.Tonight (9/25/23) at 7:16pm there were 2 female associates sitting outside and a homeless looking male sitting in a car talking to them. They were opening a blunt and proceeded to tell me they were closed because the “system was down”.

The whole store was empty on a Thursday.And after finally finding somewhat of the medicine I needed and double checking the shelf for the price on the shelf sticker. It rang up 2 dollars more. SKIP this store and Literally drive 23 Mississippi seconds down the road to the Dollar General where they don't have empty shelves.

The merchandise was within visible eyesight for the customer to see alone with a digital sale tag below. The cashier was very friendly and professional with Great Customer Service Skills.We need more of that in retail stores.Great Teamwork ?

Look, it's Family Dollar. It has inexpensive things, the same stuff you could get at Walmart but for a few cents less. The only thing that makes this location better than the rest is the excellent customer service. From the Management to the stockers & cashiers. They're just a great bunch of people.
