I called attempting to get the local branch. You choose the selection to get Someone local branch. But instead you're given customer care, which books you A car for the second time in a day to a location that does not have cars.

My last reservation at this location was a big disappointment! On 12/16/2023 I had a reservation for a pick up truck. I got a call from this location at the end of the day on 12/15/2023 saying that they wouldn't have a truck for me on my reservation date. This reservation was made 3-4 weeks prior to my rental day. They ask did I really need the truck and I said yes and could they check at another location. I was told that they would check on that when they got in the morning of 12/16 and would give me a call. I never received that call. So this put me in a bind to scramble & find a different option. Had a similar incident like this before but they handled it better. Will not be visiting this location again.

I had an excellent experience renting my car while my jeep was being worked on at the shop. Brendan picked me up from the shop and took me to pick up my rental. He had the most awesome personality and excellent customer service. He took good care of me and put me in my rental making sure I was happy with the vehicle I was going to rent. Kindle was great. She checked me out when I returned the rental and had excellent customer service. Way to go guys very professional. ?? Keep up the good work!! Signed PH

Kendall and David went above and beyond to get a car that I wanted for my weekend drive out of town. They were both very friendly, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this location because of their excellent customer service which is a rarity these days.

I’m glad I waited to do this review because my first experience was not as good as my second. The first experience they gave me a rental that had a chipped windshield so I had to call them after I got home to report the damage then the back windshield was broken witch my boss noticed and helped me fix. Then they are hard to get ahold of they just seemed either busy or had a bad day. The second time when I dropped the car off they where wonderful very nice professional I wish I knew the lady that checked me it she was so nice. The guy that drove me to my car waited for me and was polite with small talk very very professional!

The Southaven Enterprise did an fantastic job of accommodating my needs and the customer service was very pleasant. I even had to turn my vehicle back in due to maintenance issues that inhibited me from driving, and they quickly reissued me a new vehicle with a quick turnaround. I will definitely be coming back to do business with enterprise and the southaven location in Mississippi.

Booked a vehicle a week in advance, our my debit card in and everything seemed good. Drove an hour to go pick up the car and the lady working informed us they didn’t have that car, which was fine I told her just any vehicle will do. Gave her my debit card and license. She then told me I have to have a credit card to rent. I don’t have a credit card and NO WHERE in the renting process did it say a credit card was required. The lady working was so rude and refused to help and honestly seemed amused that we walked away empty handed! DO BETTER!!!

I made a reservation nearly six months in advance. I called two week prior to the reservation and confirmed my reservation for an full size SUV. A week before the reservation I called again to confirm. The day before my reservation, at 6:40 p.m., a employee calls and leaves a voicemail that they only have mini vans available. I attempt to call the employee back, but the office was closed (closes at 5). The next morning I get to the location early to attempt get a SUV. To my surprise, there was a lot full of SUVs. I was fortunate enough to convince the employee to allow me to get one of the SUV. The SUV provided was dirty (after the location taking about 30 minutes to clean the vehicle). Additionally, the vehicle had damage to the windshield (a decent crack), needed an oil change, and badly needed an alignment. Frankly, I am shocked at the poor customer service of this location. I will say, the represented who assisted me did the best he could do given the circumstances. Please do better, and please realize that the excuse of "supply chain issues" is no longer a valid excuse post pandemic.

I reserved a vehicle a week in advance for my wedding travel and this morning the day before I'm suppose to pick up my reserved car, I get a call that they don't have any!!!! I'M ALREADY RUNNING AROUND trying to finish up everything I need and now I have to try and find a car!!! Not only are you guys NOT trying to fix this he had the nerve to tell me CALL AROUND to try and find one at other locations!!! Maybe if the employees STOP renting all the vehicles out to their family and friends this issue would not have come about!!!! I am making sure ALL my travel groups hear of this !!
