TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE. Google should offer a negative star rating for experiences like mine. After settling on building plans and making my deposit, George said my shop would be delivered within 4 weeks, erected within 6 (give or take). After 12 full weeks, nothing had been delivered except come concrete forming material and zero construction work had taken place. When I expressed my displeasure with the situation, Encore's builder pulled out of building my shop altogether and I was told I could get my deposit back with no alternative solution proposed by Encore. Even worse, after doing nothing for 12 weeks and pulling out of my project altogether, George at Encore kept a nearly $400 restocking fee of my money. Considering that they did nothing and made the call to pull out, I didn't feel that was right either and when I expressed my displeasure in that, George told me that 'the owner didn't want to give me back any of my deposit.' Consumers beware here.
The very next business day after Encore backed out of my project, I contacted Andrew at Reeds Metals in Jackson, TN and in exactly 4 weeks, he had my building 100% complete. If you're looking for a metal building in the Memphis area, Reeds Metals is the way to go.
ALSO, PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS THE FIRST PUBLIC, NEGATIVE REVIEW I HAVE EVER GIVEN A BUSINESS. That's how bad it was.
