Always 30 minutes to an hour late opening especially on Sunday. They stand there and watch customers standing at the door

It's your regular dollar tree, but because it's in a major shopping area they sell out of some items fast

Store has gone downhill this past year. The staff are incredibly rude. Every last one that I interacted with had an awful attitude. They rarely stock anything but seasonal. Seasonal is important but so are the rest of the products. I have seen the staff put a stuff up for themselves. That's ridiculous. Literally heard staff tell someone stocking not to put stuff on the shelf cause she wanted it. Told the person stocking to put it in her pile in the back. I've witnessed the manager cuss their own employees out in front of customers. They won't hire anyone either. Seems to be a running theme.

Overall, my trip here was pretty good. Since the Dollar Tree store in my town doesn't have one, I was excited to see that this location has a freezer section in the back with a good variety of both frozen foods (eggrolls, chimichangas, Jamaican beef patties, waffles, etc.) & different types of drinks in the fridge section (fruit juice, milk, sodas, etc.) If I were to suggest a drink btw, I'd get the Front Porch Old Fashioned Lemonade (it's some of the best lemonade I've ever had for a $1 tbh & I plan on getting some more whenever I have the chance to come back). I was also surprised to see that they have some good but somewhat rare finds in the food products too like Hot Chocolate oatmeal, Gingerbread oatmeal, Mrs. Fields cookies, etc. Aside from the product variety, the staff was pretty friendly & checkout was fairly quick & easy. Oh & if anyone wanted to know, they do take EBT as a payment option (just wanted to plug that in since I know that a lot of shoppers use EBT & I figured it would be helpful information). I definitely recommend shopping here & I plan to come back whenever I'm back in Southaven.

Clerks were very helpful, lines were long but the Supervisor immediately opened Two additional Registers and things went very smoothly.

Store was fairly well stocked. One register open with several people waiting in line. After a few minutes I noticed another register had opened and nobody was in line. The young guy behind the register just stood there with his headphones in, not moving or looking up and not announcing he was open to check people out. So I went over there and without looking at me or saying a word to me he started scanning my items. I said hi to him but he didn’t acknowledge me. He asked if an item was mine and I confirmed it was. He mumbled my total, I paid, he handed me my receipt and started scanning the next persons items. I told him to have a good day and he mumbled you too. I hope he’s ok because he appears to be very unhappy.

Was crowded and unorganized, I had a beatdown feeling. I think it has a decent variety for a dollar store, though the couple things I was looking for were not available.

I've been to several dollar trees across the country and have never seen a more disgusting store in my life. No need to say anymore.

They still have an issue with the aisles being blocked by stock still in the boxes however at least they had stock this trip.
