Always a great experience when visiting this location everybody is super nice and everybody knows their role on how to get you in and out efficiently and effectively. I love the fact that they do not try to sell you on everything and they usually know exactly what they’re talking about which makes it easyfor me as a customer. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Dipstix is my favorite place to come get my oil change. Since I’m a dealer, average i had 10 vehicles getting oil change at this place. So pretty much all staff knew me. About 15 minutes ago, i took my vehicle to get oil change, the new staff signaled me to get into bay #2, as i got in, he gestured me to move forward, i went over little bit and he waved me to go back. As i put in park, he came and told me “next time dont pull in without him telling me”. If he didnt signal me to come in, i wouldnt come in because i knew this place well. That pissed me off and i pulled out the station. Even we both word fighting, but Dipstix should not employ someone without being trained with customer service. Look at the record of my credit cards, i paid well over $1k monthly. There’s many oil change places on goodman rd. Not only Dipstix. And so customer service is a MUST.

Calm down when directing cars into the shop. It's not brain surgery.......no need to be a jerk if we veer 2 inches off where your finger is jerking. Just simma down.

Used to be a fine place, not sure what's changed over time. Prices are incredibly high. Went a month ago or so and they told us we had to bring our own oil filter. Not sure how an oil change company doesn't carry filters. We got the filter for $20.00 and came back, they changed the oil and gave us a $2.00 discount for bringing in our own filter. Acted like they were being generous. Ridiculous. Sometimes they check all the points on the car, sometimes they don't. Won't be back anymore.

I was next door and my car wouldn’t start. A few of the guys from dipstix came over to help and sat with me trying to figure out the problem for 2 hours. They were so kind and so determined to help me. None of them made it feel like I was inconveniencing them. They were all happy and willing to help. Definitely don’t know what I would’ve done if they weren’t there. Somewhere I’d be happy to go in the future!!
