This location was awesome. Highly recommend this facility for any vehicle repair work you may require . My repair was partial insurance and partial out of pocket. Dewayne kept me informed of the progress of my repair frequent enough to keep me informed. My truck looked awesome upon return. Thanks Dewayne!

Dwayne and his team were awesome. Suggested the best way to handle insurance claim. And then did a top notch job on my truck. Will definitely use them for any future autobody needs. Would recommend to anyone.

They suck and don’t care anything about their customers. They have a man named Darrell as a manager and Darrell don’t know nothing about cars they have mechanics they don’t even know that a sensor bracket needs to be on a car that has sensors. I had to bring a certified Nissan mechanic there to help them assist to fix my car and I’m still waiting. They have sent many supplements to the insurance company and issues still not fixed and I’m bout to reach the threshold. I called corporate office and still haven’t heard from them.never again

I just picked up my vehicle up I highly recommend this place. They are not cheep but will make your car look new again. These are the people my insurance used and when I picked my car up it was clean inside and out with everything fixed but one tiny part for my temperature gauge. I am coming back to let them do that when it comes in.

This was terrible unprofessional place. The first desk ladies was respectful and great but the higher ups that run the place has to go. They had my vehicle for 2 months just to fixed the rear corner of my truck and then when I came to pick my truck up. It was a huge crack in my windshield. When I brought it to their attention they said they are not liable for that bc they think the heat did it while the truck was in their possession. I'm very disappointed. Do not go to this place

My name is Scott and I recently bought a brand new 2023 Ford Ranger. Shortly thereafter I was rear ended and had pretty extensive damage to the rear bumper. I took my truck to Desoto Collision and they made it like new again. Dwayne and all the staff there were very professional and the process could not have been easier. I called to see when was the best time to drop my car off for an estimate and Leslie the receptionist was so mean and rude. All I was trying to see is what was the availability times. She is mean and rude to customers and potential customers. She needs to find a job she likes because she is miserable because her attitude is Awful or it’s cause I’m black
