Overly crowded around 5pm to 7pm. Not enough equipment. Staff very helpful.Not sure to whom to contact per the request below

The facility is very clean . It’s over crowded first thing in the morning and later in the afternoon. To me for the price and what options you have to choose from it’s the best place in Southaven to workout at.

We pride ourselves on customer service and acknowledge that committing to an exercise regime is hard work Often, you will feel out of your comfort zone, that’s why we offer more than just a workout. Like you, everyone has their own reasons for joining a health club, some for health reasons, and some for stress relief, some for social interaction, some for weight loss, and some just for fun.
