Staff is super friendly and they all are knowledgeable about the product. Now when it come to the guys behind the gun counter, they are also all super nice and knowledgeable and can definitely point you in the right direction. This is generally my first stop when it comes so my gun needs.

Very shady staff. I went in to sell a firearm. One guy gave me a price; I left and came back and this lady didn’t want to honor it. She finally agreed but then said the price was to sell not pawn. Also different from what I was originally told. Then in the end, the lady wanted to keep my ammo and refused to give it back, saying that her price included the ammo when she didn’t want to give it to me for that price anyway. Now I’m sitting at home, realizing that this chick never gave me a receipt for the gun she purchased from me. Now a gun that is legally registered in my name has been turned over to a pawnshop where they didn’t wanna give me the full quoted amount and has not given me any documentation stating that she has purchased a firearm from me. Thankfully, this gun is about a year old and I’m not stressed about it because I have more fire arms. I just wanted to get rid of the one I was not using. But this place , and the old hag changing after agreements had been made, is a joke and the interaction with her felt very discriminatory. I can’t wait to report this Jackson. You got the right one today.

This pawn shop has great customer service. The staff are willing to answer questions, especially regarding ammo. I drive the 30 plus minutes because of the way I'm treated. There is someone always willing to help...

Upon pawning a product and coming back to get it sometime later. Dabbs lost my product, by me keeping track of receipts and pictures. They ordered me a BRAND NEW product that was lost due to them with NO HASSLE, NO PROBLEM, IMMEDIATELY! That's how you conduct business! For that NO HASSLE moment, they get my 5 stars all day!!! I also picked up my brand new product and enjoying it like it never left. Thanks alot DABBS!!!

Pawned a Ar-15 new barrel, red dot sight, 3 clips, and a case. They offered me $200 dam dollars on a $1500 gun. So i went up there a month later and paid it off but I failed my background check so I spent the next few weeks figuring out why I failed a background check of course because of the covid-19 everything it's taking a lot longer I finally get it squared away and yes I had to keep in contact with the pawn shop yes I called him every couple weeks to let him know what's going on, went up there today to get my gun I had already paid off and they told me that I didn't keep in contact with him and I no longer have the gun and said I'm lucky to get the 250 back that they don't have to give me my $250 sack hi Mom born about the whole situation I would definitely recommend NOT to go there. Very Rude people!!!!!!!! Unbelievable

Tried to pawn a firearm. I was told something was wrong with my magazine well by two women which it wasn’t. They even used one of their own magazines. There was nothing wrong with it. I honestly felt like they didn’t want to take my firearm and the guy there didn’t even try to help.
