Called the pharmacy today to ask a question and I tell you whoever answered the phone was so rude I just told them I will just call another pharmacy. I moved my prescriptions from there years ago. They have the worst customer service. I was just wanting to inquire about a voucher I had received to get a glucose monitor. But after that rudeness I will keep my account away from CVS. Thanks for reassuring me I made the right choice!!

I have been using CVS pharmacy for my prescriptions for over 10 yrs. I travel for work and I am regularly away from home 7 day stretches, I have a migraine medicine that is very important to be able to do my job. In the past CVS has made errors on prescriptions including this one and caused me to miss work. On Dec 9th I called Victor to try and find out where the error was, on their side or the doctors. He kept telling me to “call the doctor”. I had already talked to the doctor but Victor interrupted me mid- sentence three times before I could even ask him a question. He finally hung up on me. What a rude and disrespectful person he is, he is a shame to all of the other wonderful people in that store that have been so helpful to me over the years. Not only did they lose me as a customer, but 10 of my family members as well.

Everything time I visit the CVS store I get great customer service and good deals on all my items purchased. I really love the coupons they offers.

Mr. Victor at the pharmacy & the entire pharmacy department is very rude & unprofessional. I paid for a medication I didn’t suppose too when I called to inform him on the problem he said it was nothing he could do & now I’m stuck with 2 of the same prescriptions one that my insurance paid for but I will be disputing this charge with my bank because I didn’t need the one I paid for when my insurance covered it wow after years coming here I will never come back and I highly don’t recommend to anyone please don’t waste your time.

The automated system makes it impossible to get to an actual pharmacist and if by chance you get through to an actual person, they just scream at you and hang up.

I'm sure everyone knows what CVS is but every time I've gone there the employees are so nice and helpful. So much better than Walgreens but that's my opinion.

Staff is rude and do not listen to questions before answering. They are in not patient centered. They do not care about the customer and trying to help. Choose any pharmacy other that this one!

They will lie about having the medicine that you need and tell you when it will be ready just to get there for them say we don’t have it. Also very rude and bad attitudes!! There’s a reason they only have two stars.

The employees at the pharmacy are the rudest employees anywhere I’ve been. Apparently their manager doesn’t care either. Terrible.

Don't get your prescription sent here!! Like another customer I waited on my meds and heard nothing so I went to the pharmacy. They told me my insurance wasn't contracted with them, which is fine, but why would you not call and let me know you aren't filling my prescription??? Y'all are okay with just letting someone's condition get worse until they reach out to YOU to figure out what's going on? Terrible customer service.

I've been a customer for 11yrs.. I trust the pharmacist 100 % . They try thier hardest to accommodate all of their customers with their needs and questions. Taking in concertation the rapid growth in Southaven and corporate greed ,I am willing to wait for my prescriptions because they know me by name. I don't feel like just a number. It's personal. The way it should be. Shout to Victor and Sam!
