I walked in without service and a broken phone and the staff was incredible in assisting me! I left with a working phone and my same phone number. Amazing customer service and they were very patient and knowledgeable.

The manager Amer took GREAT care of me in less than 15 minutes! I had a new phone activated, set up for auto payments AND my old phone#'s from my very old phone transferred to my new phone all in that short time!!!!! I had previously spent many hours of time w/ATT trying to find someone at a store who could move my phone#s from my old ATT phone to one of their new phones....ATT said 'it couldn't be done'. But Amer at Cricket found a way to make it possible in under 15 minutes, Was it a miracle? Perhaps. Because of many aggravations with ATT, I made the switch to Cricket in July 2021- I'm still so happy with Cricket, I honestly haven't noticed any difference between the service I have now and before, but I'm paying 1/3 of the price each month now!!! This company and this southaven store is a WINNER all around! thanks Cricket!
