These cricket representatives wanted me to provide them so much information just to pay my sick elderly mother's phone bill. I don't have an account with cricket but was forced to provide them so much personal information about myself or risk my mom's phone service being temporarily suspended. Go to a different location unless you want to be put through the same obstacles I was.
