Perfect location for Memphis airport travelers. Van transportation to and from airport...about 15 minutes 1 way...free. Outstanding friendly staff welcomed us with recognition of our Marriott lifetime status...few Marriotts do this. Wonderful breakfast for reasonable cost and quick. Clean comfortable rooms. Need better lighting in the room, and USB charging outlets. Most Marriotts have the new clocks with extra 110v and USB a & c charging ports.

The service I received was excellent, the stay however was not. The first room I had the window was cracked open and wouldn’t shut. I was relocated to a different room which I didn’t feel comfortable even taking my socks off. The carpets in this hotel were very worn and the rooms are outdated. I honestly have stayed at better Fairfield inns than this. I don’t believe this property in its current state is anywhere near a courtyard level and am dissatisfied with my stay.

No complimentary coffee; Starbucks employee late/not arrived; poor service.

Stay was excellent. Rooms were clean. Conveniently located near the airport and Snowden Amphitheater. Brianna H. went above and beyond. Give that girl a raise.

Hotel was clean. It is showing signs of wear and you can tell it's an older hotel. Our mattress needed to be replaced. You could feel the springs popping. It was right in the middle of a grouping of hotels. We picked it because it had a Bistro that was open until 9:30. We arrived about 8:30 and there were only about 4 things that were available. We ended up going out to eat. So, it was not worth the extra cost to stay there.Rooms: Room was clean but mattress was in need of updating.Safety: It felt like a safe area.

All the staff at this hotel were great and went above and beyond for the work group I was staying with to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. This includes the front desk, bistro, cleaning and shuttle driver. Absolutely the best hotel staff I have experienced. Room was clean, comfortable and met all my needs. There is plenty of good dining options in the area including Memphis BBQ Co (one of the best BBQ restaurants) and the hotel location area is safe. I would have no problem recommending this hotel.

Location is good, but the service is bad, no daily room services or housekeeping, you have to ask them to service your room if you . Also, breakfast is not included. Their breakfast prices is expensive if you decide to take it there.

This was one of the most unclean places I've ever stayed. Hair on the toilet and bathroom floors, dirty bathroom mirror that had pictures drawn on it, food on the floor, used plastic food knife on the counter, soiled couch with brown spots, and a duvet with dirty spots on it. When we asked why it was dirty, the guy at the front desk told us he could give us cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves and that it was a "dirty little hotel secret that they dont wash the duvets." We were moved to another room after calling Marriott and ran into the same issues with the new room. Due to the lack of availability near by we had to stay there so I had to go buy new comforters for us to sleep under and made our own bed. I found a childs hairbow on the mattress under the sheets. Other friends staying at the hotel had ants, blood on their duvet, and the other with what looked like pizza sauce on the duvet.Rooms: This was one of the most unclean places I've ever stayed. The stay would have been near-perfect, mostly because of the room design. The worst thing about it was an encounter with a tatooed young woman who complained in the hallway after I politely addressed her, as well as was rude to my face. That was in response to me opening the door to let her know I had a later checkout than normal, and "thank you." Her response was, with a frown, "I didn't knock on your door." Ignoring her attitude, I said, "thank you," again and closed the door. However, I did return when hearing her say, "Ugh! She came to say she had a later check out, I didn't even knock on her door!" I returned to explain the reason and asked her, "Is that okay with you, ma'am?" So all of that rudeness was not needed, nor was my extra effort in being polite. However, staff was accomodating when I let them know there was no soap upstairs, telling me I could come down and get some... Doing better than that, after I actually went downstairs, a woman did come up to give me another missing item as a response. They need a less ghetto housekeeping staff. But if you are ghetto, at least know how to provide good customer service to all patrons, not just those who stereotypically look like they have more power and access.

No issues. Stayed for one night. Lots of restaurants/stores nearby and the area felt safe. Room was fine. Check-in was super fast.

Another great stay with Marriot. Room was great. Service was outstanding from check in, breakfast to check out. Easy off and on major highway. Great location for whatever you might need.

We made a last minute booking and were pleasantly surprised by this jem. Check in was easy and quick. Our room was the perfect tempature. The bed was comfortable. The location is perfect for easy access to the interstate. We would stay again!
