As a faithful customer here , I’ve now chosen to take my money to another location after experiencing rude customer service from an employee (the black lady) . She clearly was brushing me and my question off about a product that’s clearly on the website just not in stock in store . She disregarded every word I was saying about the brand — instead she mentioned a brand that has no relations to the product I was mention and cosmo prof sales that products faithfully In store

Very unprofessional young girl hung up in my face when calling in .this has happen more than once.I its very rude and makes the business look like trash .Its very easy to say we are busy please call back .train your employees better .

Today I had the experience of visiting the Cosmoprof store in Southaven, Mississippi. May I just start by saying how blessed they are to have such a wonderful store manager? Teri is the exception to the rule.When we arrived at the store there was water all over the floors. They had a serious leak. She was very calm and professional.She communicated the situation with the customers. She was able to help them with their selections, complete their purchases, and still maintain a safe shopping environment. No customers turned away.I truly hope she is commended for the hard work and effort she puts into her job. She is an asset to Cosmoprof. Today it is hard to find anyone that is willing to work. It’s unusual to find someone who is willing to go above and beyond like Teri does. Kudos to her !

Too MUCH merchandise in store you CAN'T turn around WITHOUT hitting SOMETHING. Store overpriced over stock. Just junkie and they WATCH you LIKE a hauck. To much inventory.

My wife is a liscensed cosmologist she buys all her professional products, colors and assorted tools here. Its only open to liscemed cosmologists, salon owners, and various people in the trade. It is not open to the public. If you are a cosmotologist this is the place to shop. Top shelf products for bargain prices.
