I had the worst experience in this location. I took my son in there to get shoes for school, and every shoe I was shown was dirty. I explained that I didn't want to purchase a dirty shoe and asked if they could get me a new one; the manager then said I should ask my peers to stop coming into their store dirty. I was unsure what she meant by my peers, but I took the comment as a racial slur—very unprofessional staff. The store smelled like weed. The young lady then went on to express that she hated the job and the consumers and was depressed about the entire ordeal; she even called her babysitter on the floor and said her irritation. I would never recommend this location to anyone. They should close it. The name on my receipt says Jennifer.

I was buying some shoes and had to put up with a stank a** attitude to get them. If they weren't so hard to find, I would've went somewhere else. The women that are employed there needs a serious attitude adjustment.

This store needs to close the workers are rude and late opening the store. There was at least 10 or more customers waiting in line for the store to open at 11am. The Two workers which seem to have came to work together finally showed up 10mins late, they're actually laughing at the customers waiting for them to open. As they was walking up. Even after they showed up we still had to wait 15 more minutes for them to open. So the store actually opened at 11:30, instead of 11:am. Totally unprofessional & ridiculous ?. The owner must be very proud?♀️

This store needs new workers with good customer service that come to work to help customers. I ask the girl that was standing behind the register a question about some shoes she look at me like I was disturbing her while she continued to talk on her phone and barely helped. If you go to this location don't look for help.

The store doesn’t close until 6 we made it there at 5:20, and there was a girl standing in the door telling everyone that they’re closed. I’m in management and there’s NO way that my employees would ever close my store before time without consent. If you don’t want to work your full schedule please don’t go to work bc it’s the customers and your co-workers that suffer. I’m not going to say that I’m not going to shop there again I just would like for the upper management know that they’re missing out on money bc ppl don’t want to be at work.
