Goofy lazy employees can't figure out how to print receipts out for gas. Can't refill the pumps with receipt paper bc they are lazy. Do your job, if you don't like it, get another one! Duh!! Never again! ?

THIS location has some of THE RUDEST PEOPLE working at this store! The Worker act as if she was the only person in the store. After looking to see me come through the door, she turned her head and pretended to be busy didn’t say a word, then walked right past me and went to the back looked at me standing in front of the register, AGAIN, and still act like I was invisible. Some people don’t even need to work in customer service. Your store lost money and a customer today

Please teach your cashiers what an easy pay card is, how you have no idea what your own employer rewards card is is beyond me. It’s like asking for a Kroger card at Kroger smdh. The employee literally directed me to the GIFT CARDS, whew chile. This address shows the same for another circle K right across the street, the actual address is 35 Goodman Rd W.I was able to get a card from the store across the street, which has the number 30 on the window. For the cashiers at location 35 this is an easy pay card.

I frequent this Shell/Circle K location for gas. Today, I paid for gas at the pump and in the process of making my selection, I accidentally added a $9.00 car wash. I clicked cancel and proceeded to pump gas. My receipt printed out and I was still charged for the car wash. I went inside to request a cancelation for the car wash. My request, by the manager, to cancel was declined. I did not use the car wash and left. I called the store manager to speak with her again and express how I didn't appreciate how she insinuated that I purposefully pressed the car wash button. She was very nasty while I was speaking with her and she cuts me off mid-conversation multiple times and asks me do I want corporate's number. I respond with a yes. She then tells me that I will have to come back to the store to get the number off of the door. I have never had a problem with this gas station location until today and sadly, due to my experience with this manager, I don't see myself returning to give my business.

I would like to give a shout out to the ladies working on 12/7/19 at 3:30 - 4pm. They were so nice and understanding. My boyfriend and I were shopping in the area when I got to feeling sick. Told him to get me to a station quick. He pulled into this one. I was very ill feeling and rushed in. One lady was cleaning the bathroom and she could tell by the look on my face I was sick. She said get to the last one! lol.. The ladies were aware that I was very sick and commented and my boyfriend was worried as asked the ladies about me. One lady brought him to the bathroom and let him come in and check on me! She fixed up some bags for me just in case I became sick again on our hour ride home. They all waved and said that they hoped I got to feeling better. Not many employees would care but these ladies were super nice and I appreciate their kindness! Thank you ladies!
