We waited over 20 minutes to get services of switching my daughter’s account from a child’s first account to a normal one, as she’s an adult now. They took 2 people who walked in after us, before us, and it took us saying something before someone decided to help us. It then took 25 more minutes to get the account set up, and she had $1300 in account, now here’s the kicker, they shut down here old account, without transferring her money over (stating they can’t do that) , and her money was then deposited into our account… and to transfer the money, they want a hefty fee. Can’t pull out the money through the cashier because.. she doesn’t have that money in her drawer, can’t pull it out on the ATM because we have a limit.. and because it was now after closing for them, they couldn’t issue a cashiers check… so their clueless staff suggested Zelle.. which again, has a limit. Her account shouldn’t have been shut down before the transfer happened (because again, they stated they can’t transfer money from one account to another?!?!?) and when we asked questions the “lovely” manager, looked at us like we were stupid, and didn’t want to even help, because she seemed more concerned about getting out of there at a “decent” hour. We’ve banked with chase since 2013, we’ve been in to plenty branches and HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES… I don’t know if this is because it’s a new branch, but they need to get friendlier staff that knows what they’re doing.

The customer service was terrible. Not only did they take an excruciatingly long time to even attend me, but when they did attend me they told me they could not help me and they refused to elaborate. They just told me that they couldn’t help me after 1hr+ of waiting.

Unacceptable customer service. I waited over 45 minutes to provide a death certificate for decease brother's account. The staff was busy talking to each others and not attending to their customers. When ask to speak to the manager, i was infored that she was off...today is Monday and there's no one on site to manager operations. Wow! Unacceptable!
