This is by far my fave location. I love how organized it is and so clean. Too bad they don’t have more graphics but all and all I’m here for it! Shop there and be nice to the team because they are helpful. 10 out of 10 recommended ?

I have always loved Charlotte Russe. However, the Charlotte Russe in the Tanger Outlet Mall is a total mess. The store was clean and organized but there was no help from the staff. I walked in and the lady just looked at me then walked away. She didn't greet or ask if i needed help, or even offer any help. I looked around and saw a lot of things I was going to buy but it was the way she looked and didn't engage at all for me. I will not spend my money where services seem as if they are not wanted. The only positive thing I can say which gave the store the two extra stars was because the store was clean and some what organized. Other than that It would have definitely gotten a one star review.

I absolutely love this store. I buy straight off the mannequins most times. This is the most organized Charlotte Russe I have been in. The staff is friendly too. Thanks for the help ladies!

I get my anime graphics here now. they have nice clothes but the graphics and denim are my favorite! 10 out of 10 i do recommend. btw, the customer service is nice too, fast and polite

Just got the cutest thigh high boots here for $20 in both light and dark brown. The store is clean. The Associates were both polite and helpful. And I found other great deals. Come shop here!

I visited on today and the young man there was very rude. I asked him about the store sale because the day before the entire store was 50% off. The sale still continued but he told me it did not. The sign even read 50% off all items and the young lady the day before told me if I came back tomorrow the sale would still be there. I came today in hopes of buying some boots. When I arrived, there was only one young man at the counter. I walked up to him and he continued to do what he was doing on and ignored me. I returned a few items and asked him about the sale. He lied and rolled his eyes at me. He then charged me full price for my boots and told me the young lady the day before was not correct about the sale. (The sign in the store said “50% off entire store.”) I felt embarrassed and really upset because other customers were before me and they received the 50% off. Usually I have a good experience at Tanger Charolette Russe outlet but today was poor. Poor attitude and poor customer service. I don’t think I will ever visit again. If you can avoid the store, please do. Customer service is important to me and all employees should be on one accord, not one saying what’s true and the other with false information. I will also be calling corporate because this was so unprofessional. Spend your money else where!
