“Came through on December 14th at 1:04-1:06 to get a deluxe wash. towards the end of the wash my vehicle came off the track and rolled backwards toward the vehicle behind me. Had to put my car into drive and drive out of the wash. It Damaged both my driver side rims. I am infuriated. It may have bent my front driver side rim. this is unacceptable and I WILL NOT be returning to this location or any other century express car wash!
