Professional, Knowledgeable, Helpful and Friendly Staff, but needs more employees. All Personnel was helping a Customer and wait time was at least 30 minutes.

Was with Cspire for many years. Had problems with drop calls. Would fix problem when took into store on Popular for a while but would start dropping calls again. They close store so went to a different provider. Close account in February 2023, had phone and watches changed over to new provider, paid off what was owed on phone from Cspire and customer service said all was taken care of. Now in November they send me a bill for $164 saying the watches weren’t deactivated. Would not complain about paying this if I would have received a bill from Cspire but received no bill for 9months, February thru November. And now they want to send me to collections for a mistake they made. Not happy now

I’ve been with Cspire since 1999 when it was Cellular South. There is no service, constant SOS. I have to call people through Facebook messenger. If it’s an emergency and I need to call 911 I’m screwed. If I do have all my bars the call only last 60 seconds and it drops no matter where I am in America. I’m switching ASAP!!!

Just went into the Cspire South Haven Mississippi location, and had exceptional , professional, and friendly service from crystal, Tabitha, Alex, and kadaja, way to go team!

The worst mobile provider. I won’t recommend it even to my enemies. Please be beware. Don’t take it. You will have to pay a lot of money.

Bad experience today with this CSpire. I went in to get a new physical sim card. They did exactly what I asked, but they never checked my ID at all! I even have a password on my account but they did not ask for it. My concern is a security issue. Just look up Sim swap! By not verifying who I was before giving me a new sim made me aware that CSpire can not be trusted to protect your mobile account!

Was literally THE WORST experience I've had as a customer there. It was a young girl that helped me and she was very nonchalant & soft spoken. Instead of truly helping me with the problem I addressed, she tried to push a flip phone on me in 2022! There was no real help, care or compassion considering I've been a loyal customer 13 years.

I was informed by Cspire that the store was 3 minuters from my home 3 hours, and three places later I finally got updated on correct information. I actually found it after asking four tjmes looking at updated maps, imagined, they had moved several times because they were sending me texts about how they were going to cut my phone off. When the facts are that they are paid by the government. Still causing me grief it's hard for me to say whether I like this company, or the store. They acted as i f they were doing me a favor, was not very friendly, I don't know why but it was that way.

I had the worst customer service experience with this store on yesterday. The hours on their website clearly states 10am-6pm. I left work in Memphis30 mins away to arrive to the Southaven store in ample time. I arrived at 5:10 pm. My phone was inoperable & had to wait all weekend because they aren't open on Sundays. Furthermore, dialing 611 did not work. The tall African American man who works there told me they were closed and pointed to the paper sign that was on the door indicating new hours. Now, I didn't know this of course. I explained that the website stated otherwise. My phone isn't working and I needed help. He did not offer any solution besides they are closed and to call customer service. Keep in mind I've been with this company for 20 years when they were Cellular South. I told him I don't live in the area and I'm here and could something be done since the hours were misleading when I googled. This CUSTOMER SERVICE rep for this location told me they can't call Google and have them change the hours. They are closed. I felt that was insensitive and not great customer service particularly for a loyal customer. I called customer service and after 27 mins, someone answered. She was empathetic & couldn't believe what was stated. He could have at least told me to file a claim via the website but provided nothing but a smart remark. Needless to say I drove to At&t and established new service with them. Yes, I understand they were closed unbeknownst to me but a true customer service rep would have offered better support and understanding.
