The customer service was outstanding! They told me my car would be there for 2 weeks and had it down a week early. Not to mention they keep you updated throughout the entire process by email. “Easiest transaction ever!I’ve never dealt with a cracked windshield before so I wasn’t sure what to expect and was a little anxious about it as silly as that sounds. A rock flew up on 240 and hit my windshield and started a crack that was quickly spreading. Made an appointment with Safelite for that following Saturday. Dropped my car off Saturday, went and grabbed lunch and my car was ready by the time I was done (about 50 minutes). Not sure of the nice guy’s name that I dealt with but he was wearing a herringbone style hat. He explained to me everything I needed to know as far as after care and sent me on my way! Definitely recommend!!”
