Love this place. Veronica did a fabulous job of grooming my 2 standard Golden Doodles ! They were definitely over due for a grooming but she didn’t try to shame me, she is very understanding and friendly. Will not use any other groomer from now on. Ms. Bobby is also awesome.

They do a good job as far as service but every time I pick up my dog I notice how rough they are with the dogs. They also aren’t cleaning and sanitizing as they should, they put the dogs in the cages after another without wiping them down first, in result my dog came home with a flee, luckily we got it under control and noticed it. Mind you my dog has never ever had flees, I am very observant. It is also very important that they sanitize because there has been a virus going around with many dogs causing sickness and death. Will be finding another groomers for my dog to be going to.

Lady very rude and very unprofessional with saying she don’t book appointments she do early drop offs from 8-9 while SCREAMING hello in the phone .. it was very unprofessional I would recommend my dog being trusted until everything fall in place

We were in town for a mini vacation and brought our dog as a walk in. We dropped him off and picked him up earlier than expected. They did a good job for a fair price. Would reccomend.

They do an excellent job with my Shih Tzu. They are slow, but he comes back just as handsome as he can be every time. Even if we make an appointment, drop him off early by 8am, he won't be ready until around 4 maybe 5. I'd still recommend them.

The Veteranary at this place is knowledgeable about his needs as he developed into an adult dog. They keep me informed, when certain shots and other preventive medical issues are needed and he gets special arrention with this group of care takers, he needed his teeth cleaned At age of three years, his teeth needed attention. He's a beautiful hundred POUND German Shepard and Shepherd are especially attached to their master. I thought he was getting skinny but he actually got taller, he'll be a horse If he ever stops growing and these people that run this clinic they are meticulous with their level of attention and care.Southaven Animal Hospital on Hwy. 51 in Southaven MS, 38671..
