Just tried to call the store, got sent to a call center. Asked if there was any number or department I could call to talk to a person at the physical location. The man I spoke with gave me the run around until he eventually (rudely) said "no, all stores redirect calls to a call center" Very disappointing. If I wanted a completely automated experience I would have ordered from Amazon. Physical stores should have someone there to answer the phones. Guess that's just the way it is. Amazon has just (by default) won more of my dollars.

I haven't been in store in awhile, but overall inventory seemed lower than previous visits. Now (05/12/24), it's really hard to find anyone to help you.

Purchased a front and rear dash cam - Rexing - R4 4 Channel Dash Cam W/ All Around 1080p Resolution, Wi-Fi, and GPS - Black which was defective. Then replaced with Nextbase - iQ 4K Smart Dash Cam with 4G/LTE and GPS - Black and Nextbase - iQ Rear Window Camera - Black. which also didn't work. After installation, the cameras did not work. It took this back to the store also. It took over a month for best buy to admit that it was not working correctly. When I asked the installation department to troubleshoot, they tried to blame it on me.
The service that I received was the worst I have ever gotten from any company. Customer service was not only inefficient but very frustrating. The managers and staff were very unhelpful very very rude. I finally got a refund for the equipment but I lost about a $100, the installation fee. I will never use or recommend best buy again.

Edit - canceled my order. Support would not transfer me to brick and mortar. Understandable there, but I am in a hospital 2 states away. Just wanted to arrange for someone to pickup my order. No wonder businesses close anymore

Love the store and products and there is a but in this review.
I made a purchase via chat due to unusual circumstances. That went great if a bit unusual but above board.
Now for the BUT... I have tried to contact the brick and mortar to confirm/verify purchase and instructions left with chat agent. I cannot reach the store.. I keep getting directed to their help center wherever that might be. This was a fairly expensive purchase and I bought the $49 program they offer.
Makes me want reconsider.
Again everything was great until trying to reach someone at the brick and mortar I will pickup in store

Everyone there did the least possible to assist me except one big guy with glasses. Can't remember his name. Wasn't too busy. The employees on the floor were chatting more than helping customers. Good store for supplies. Help sucks.
