Cheers to this store, and the young man who was serving at the counter today (September 12, 2023.) One edge of my front bumper had popped out. A body shop told me last week I needed a new bumper and quoted the appropriate price for replacement. I told them I would sleep on it. Today I came to Auto Zone on Getwell near Goodman Road in Olive Branch/Southaven. There was a helpful young man at the counter who said he thought I might just need a screw replaced. He grabbed his flashlight and a screw from a container of odd nuts and screws at the counter, and had my bumper in place within 5 minutes. It wasn't broken at all, just needed to be reattached. I have always sworn by the staff at Auto Zone Stores, and today just confirmed that impression once again.

This past week, I received great service from this location, especially, from the general manager. They definitely know how to treat and talk to their customers.

They gave great service and went the extra mile to make sure I got to work the next morning Dainel, jarron they stayed open 10 mins late to make sure I got to work. They have great professionalism and deserve a raise. They are great employees and deserve more credit than they get

Daniel Horyza was a 10/10 kind funny and even went the extra mile. I was very impressed by this young man’s performance even said yes, ma’am to me I will definitely be coming back to the AutoZone on Goodman road. If you ever stop by be sure to ask for Daniel!
