Ashley Stewart needs to have much better customer service. This is the only plus size store that will send your items back without notice. Lane Bryant, Torrid will definitely call you beforehand. I had a 2nd order coming to the same store for pick as well. So now one is sent back and I have still come to the store for the 2nd one.

I stood there waiting for someone to ask if I needed help one lady stood leaning on counter while another was ringing up. I understood the lady was ringing up someone but somebody could've at least acknowledged me. I went to Land Bryant and got incredible customer service
