“came in looking for replacement elements for my sisters electric stove. they were busy. while looking at the wall of elements the cashier let us know she would be able to help when she was finished with customer. while finishing her customer she multitasked the phone and others. her name was sarah. she has amazing customer service skills. she was very informative an got us the right elements( i had wrong ones. lol) she is knows her products… go girl!!!”
“I just wanted to recognize a super awesome employee by the name of Paul who works in auto radio. I purchased a Kenwood car stereo for my Jeep late last year Jeep installs aren't easy but he did a great job! I think it was before Christmas last year and today I stop in to buy a new iPhone cable. As I walk into the store I bump into Paul he recognizes me and helps me pick out the correct cable That's pretty good customer service”
