“I had an issue with the tail gate of my Jeep Cherokee, but because of its age the part needed, was not available. However, thanks to the creative mind of Michael Butler, the tail gate now closes securely.From the very start, a pleasant lady answered the telephone, listened respectfully and arranged a time for me to come in and when I got there, I was impressed... a nice greeting, a clean facility and within a short period of time Michael examined my car. Was met with friendly faces and was shortly taken back to inspect the part. They have a wonderful graveyard of misfortunes vehicles. We I laid my eyes on the part I was happy to see that it was exactly what I was looking for and the price was very reasonable. I purchased the part and returned home and had it installed in about two hours.”
