The worst place in Shelby they are People who look down on people and the manger look at you like thrash. I wish they never come to shelby.

I have been doing business with this place even before it was taken over by Scott Petroleum. Always nice people. But now, one of the guys, Lee, that has been there a long time, now has an office job. Sometimes, he helps out on the floor. His customer service skills leave a lot to be desired! I took something back, that had broken after several times using it. It was a defect in the product, but he was insinuating that I had broken it. If I break something, I own up to doing it. He just acts like he's doing you a huge favor by 'helping' you.
Everybody else there is great!
