Customer service stinks. If the Doctor Write a prescription who are you to deny the same patient the medication without contacting the Doctor. After sitting in line for 30 plus minutes to drop off the prescription waiting 30 plus more minutes to pick it up to having to call the Doctor myself and starting the process all over again 2 hours... yes will be looking for a different pharmacy because you don't deserve the 1 star given.

Tried to call and see if my prescription was ready and was put on hold for nearly 20 minutes before I even talked to a pharmacist. Outrageous.

Quick in and out. Picked up my online photos and had a couple things I needed near the check out, one was a deal on paper towels buy one get 50% off. And moon pies lol. Cashier was friendly also.

Have problems with this pharmacy ever since Tricare changed from Walmart to Walgreens. Have asked about picking up a prescription that I needed because I was going to be leaving town and told a certain day because my insurance would not cover it till a that date, which was just before my departure date, which would not have be a problem. Used the automated line and order my prescription and it said it would be ready for pickup the next day, just prior to my departure. Called the day of pickup just to make sure it was ready and told I couldn’t pick it for week. Asked why the automated line said it would be ready and was told “ you can’t believe that automated line”.Asked if I could pick it up at my destination city at a Walgreens and was told that “ we don’t know the laws of that state “. ?I’m going to check with Tricare to see if I can change pharmacies because it seems like this Walgreens doesn’t care . I never had a problem with Walmart pharmacy.

Slow! It takes them a hour just to look at ur medicine and another ur to fill it. The line is always wrapped around the building. Go to Mays Pharmacy contact them at 5628550!!! They are faster and have better customer care!

Was in there today to get a Covid booster. I arrived at 1:00, but was not informed ahead of time that I had to have proof of previous vaccines. While I was trying to pull the info up on my phone, the cashier in the pharmacy advised me (at 1:15) that they would be going to lunch at 1:30, and if I still wanted my vaccine I had to wait until they got back at 2. I told her I needed 5 minutes to get the information she requested, and she said that the vaccine and waiting period took 30 mins, and since it was after 1, I would have to wait until they got back from lunch at 2. Needless to say, I left without my booster, and will never visit this Walgreens again.
