“If you are like me, you don't use tow companies often and are uncertain of who to use, who is going to be fair, available, etc. I had to call Bo to have my car towed, they showed up the same day, and the price was very fair. My back window was shattered by a rock during the tow. I immediately was concerned that I would have to go back and forth with the company over replacing the window but that wasn't the case at all. I called my driver and let him know what happened, took pictures, and not 20 minutes later, Bo called me and told me they would take care of replacing the window. I couldn't have been happier of the service I received from Bo and his team and even though I hope I don't need a tow truck in the near future, I won't hesitate to give Bo a call when I do. I appreciate all the help, thank you!”
“Brought my vehicle in for a brake repair...my ignition cylinder was beginning to go out but was still functioning and was not asking them at this time to repair this. Unfortunately the mechanic used a tool to turn my key when he couldn't get it to work and ruined my key and ignition cylinder to the point where I could not insert the key or get it started. Performance replaced my key and ignition cylinder free of charge and made things right and appeared to have felt bad about their mistake, and did not try to con me into paying for it or say it was my fault due to my ignition cylinder already not being in perfect condition. Very appreciative that they owned up for their mechanics mistake and helped me out.”
