I stop in for gas, hot dogs and snacks all of the time. At least twice a week. I am a member of USAA and you have an atm there in which really was convenient.The customer service is never exceptional but it’s always been ok until Sunday December 4, 2022. I always buy 2 cases of water a week. This particular day, the water scanned incorrectly. I told the young man. He said you’re going to have to bring it in. He immediately sat back down behind the counter and got back on his social media and began to scroll as myself, my aunt, the other young man (employee) behind the counter, and two customers looked at him. I began to walk out the door and he boldly says. I hope she didn’t think I was going to get it for her. I turned and looked at him. Calmly walked out the door and got the case of water and walked back in. As He scanned the water, my aunt said let’s not get anything. She walked out the store. I told the young man as I began to remove the water from the counter. Young man you have a bad attitude. You should have never had your customer walk outside and get water it’s not good customer service and I am almost 50 years old and have lupus. He said, “Man, I don’t care!” He shrugged his shoulders and sat back down. I told him he had sorry customer service skills and was a sorry excuse for a young man. He said “ I don’t care.” I said ok have a great day and walked out. I took a picture as I did.It was 5 other customers in the store. I will NEVER visit the store again. Everyone has bad days but this is UNACCEPTABLE. The customer behind me you can see standing at the register also said man you’re being very rude. He even apologized to me and my aunt. You can see on your cameras in the store.I don’t want the young man fired. Everyone needs a job but this needs to be brought to his attention. Retraining would be good.

Sing out front shows reg gas at 4.09 a gallon go to fill up price jumps up to 4.25 a gallon.
