“We specifically asked for a king bed on the ground floor. We received double beds on the third floor. When we informed the desk clerk, he shrugged it off.The room was clean. The pillows were good. The toilet wouldn’t stop running. The smokers out back stand right under our window and loudly discuss the world’s problems. The coffee/tea selection is awful. Breakfast is NOT included as you’re led to believe. It’s an add. I think we’ll pass. There are plenty of restaurants nearby who will actually accommodate what we ask for.I doubt we’ll stay here again. Too many issues for the price.”

“The room service was rude. They knocked at our door at 7:30 in the morning and when we told her we weren't done she started vacuuming outside our door very loudly. Later, when we were leaving, we were waiting for the elevator, and a maid came off. When she came off the elevator, she stood in front of the elevator and waited for it to close before she walked away, and we had to wait again for the elevator. Besides that the room was nice.”
“I personally love Cinemark Movies 8. They provided delicious popcorn and sodas, along with great customer service. My only problem was their cleaning. The movie theaters were left with food and slippery floors created by the butter, and their bathrooms were unsanitary; left with no toilet paper. If they changed how much they cleaned, I most definitely would've put 5 stars.”
