Lori was amazing and extremely helpful from day 1! She was clear with guidance and what to expect. I appreciate her help over the long period of time we rented a unit. Move in and move out were easy and stress free. I would definitely rent from them again if we became in need again!!

From start to finish hands down incredible experience. I was able to move my stuff in same day. Valerie was incredible. I was a bit lost. She stayed on the phone and answer all my questions kindly. Today, Monday 05/08/23, at approximately 12:20PM, I called this local StorageMax location, and I sadly experienced the most unprofessional, legally actionable discriminatory behavior from the lady that answered the phone. It’s indeed troubling, that the legacy of American racism, still lives in the hearts and minds, of those who on all accounts, appear to otherwise be decent, outstanding members of our civilized society! God help us all!

If you need storage, go see Shelby at Storage Max. We have used this facility for a couple of years, and never had any problems at all. A few times, I would go blank on what my code was to get in, and I could always call Shelby, anytime I needed to get the code, and get in! I'll definitely use them again when we need storage!

Small. It is gated with a code lock but my unit and a few others were broken into and they refused to be held liable
