The coaches here go above and beyond to ensure proper form, while being encouraging, and pushing you to be your best. It's easy to come in as a beginner, and feel welcome. I was intimidated by CrossFit before, but North Lee CrossFit has a way of making you feel like family. Can't say enough good things, just try it yourself!

I've been to every gym in Lee county and beyond, and this is hands down the BEST. They are a family, supportive, encouraging and caring. No intimidation and the coaches are always there to help with any and everything. The first week is free, so there's nothing to lose but SO much to gain!
