Don't trust these people. First we were told nothing was wrong with the vehicle, when it had 2 busted lights, a dash light is on, and they lied or false advertising as well. We were told $4400 on a vehicle went to pull cash out and refused to sale it at price given told us we had to pay them $5500 instead so we left.... Be very careful and cautious if you deal with these people

I brought an 2009 impala from them today!!! Very nice honest people's they will answer any questions you may have. Being a use car lot they will make you feel as if you buying a brand new car. If you see any problem address it while you there. Communication is the key! I examine my car before I left what I seen wrong that they could fix. They did just that without a doubt. I would highly recommend this place!! Thanks again such a beautiful family run business! As I said today!! MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOUR BUSINESS ?

I purchased a vehicle at Cox automotive in Saltillo back in June 2020. I was newly separated from my husband and Tori Cox/co owner was aware of my situation. I work in home healthcare. I have to have a good vehicle in order to do my job. Tori was bound and determined to get me to purchase a vehicle with him that day. Yes, me being so eager for a new vehicle I fell victim to his scam. First off, he refused to go down on his asking price. The vehicle was dirty inside and out and I demanded it be cleaned before I bought it. He did a halfway job on both inside and out. He told me that it was an excellent vehicle and that his elderly dad had been driving it around up to this point and they knew that there were no issues. That was a lie. When test driving it, I noticed that the air conditioning wasn’t the best. I asked him to put freon in it.. all he did was recharge it. It was blowing cold air out now. That is until the vehicle was stopped ( at a light , stop sign or anywhere sitting idle) . 2 1/2 weeks after I purchased this 2007 Nissan Xterra the vehicle quit. A belt broke. I got the belt fixed, but since my job requires me to drive long distances, I didn’t feel comfortable driving the xterra because I am on a timeline everyday at work. I didn’t have time to be on the side of the road. Last week I decided to drive it a short distance since my other vehicle was acting up. For about 45 minutes it drove perfectly. Longer story short, it’s still sitting on the side of the road. Tori said over a week ago that he promised that he would make time to drive 5 minutes up the road and take a look at it. Like I said, that was over a week ago. End of business day that day, he refused to answer his phone and then he turned it off. I have called every day since then, only talking to him 2x and he refuses to answer the phone or return phone calls. Once again, today I called his father’s phone to get in touch with him. He said he doubted he would have time to do it. I’ve been waiting on him to go out there for over a week!!! Bottom line.... DON’T buy a car from Cox’s in downtown Saltillo. They are crooked and they are liars! GO ANYWHERE ELSE but there! Have a blessed day.Broke Down Girl,Baldwyn

It's very unprofessional for the owner of this company to contact women from his personal Facebook page to ask for a date AGAIN after he was turned down! It was a business transaction and he made it creepy and everyone should steer clear of this place! Never even got the car
