Carlock Dodge is the greatest experience I've ever had at a dealership I was at Ford dealership for two days and they try to put in something I didn't want. Came to Carlock Dodge got with Chavez Moore (Moe), Trey Hill also Ken Lockridge now I'm riding in a 2021 Ram 1500. Thanks Carlock Dodge and staff. Go see them tell Moe I sent you. Thanks again!!!!

I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee limited a while back and can’t get the registration papers to get a tag. I started buying temporary tags while waiting on the paperwork to come in the mail because my son got pulled over by the police and held for 30 minutes because of not having a tag. The problem with this dealer is when you buy a Jeep, they send you over to Toyota to fill out the paperwork. But, when you need help if there is a problem after the sale it’s just a lot of finger pointing. The folks that run this dealer do not like complaints either. I called to speak with a manager at the Toyota dealer (Guy named Bill) and he hung up the phone while I was explaining my problem. A lady did call this week to tell me my paperwork has been ready to mail since last month but they can’t mail it because some guy has to sign off on it before it can mail. (Hope it’s not Bill) because I’m afraid he is still pouting. The lady at the Tag office told me this is very common with Carlock so maybe just be aware of this if you are planning to buy here.

I just want to start out by saying the service dept. is to be commended for their hard work. We recently were traveling to Alabama and our car had some major motor issues. We made our way to Carlock in Tupelo after calling the service dept. in hopes of at least getting back on the road to Alabama. They told us they only had half a crew on Saturdays and they were busy, but would try to work us in. Within 30 mins of arriving our car was in a bay with parts of the motor removed to find the issue. Now is where our HERO Makenzie shows up. She saw our dogs and came over to see them and in the process work us a great deal on a 2018 Ford Explorer. If you need service, or a new car stop by. Ask for Makenzie and tell her Jeff and Misty Hall sent you. She was very helpful, and didn't give up until we left in an affordable, dependable vehicle. Everyone at Carlock in Tupelo that we dealt with was great.
