If I were able to rate Planters Bank w zero stars, I would. Poor customer service. Tellers act as though they're playing a part in a soap opera, way too much drama. Not only are they unprofessional, but their blatant hostility is as plain as the nose on their faces. They change the rules (their supposed policies) based on their mood. If they don't feel like looking up your account number, they make head back to your car for your account number, even though my entire family has banked there for the better part of 6 years. They fired the one teller who actually treated customers with respect, and replaced her (Emily) with juvenile brats which don't understand the premise of customer service. They're rude, and moreover could use a fashion tip or two. Disgusted by their insults. I cannot stand walking into this place of business. We're moving our accounts. Enough is enough.
