Had our stuff in the unit for 2 hours and someone had broken into it and stole 3 totes. No cameras and they provide locks that are left in the unit so anyone can copy the keys.

Shady group! Have very questionable business practices. Be careful, be aware of that. - Strongly suggest using someone else for storage of personal stuff.- 8/1/2024 update- The Lock that CopperSafe Storage put on my Unit- I could not get the combination from them to have it removed. I cut it off.. they put another on.. Then sent me move out instructions stating if I didnt clean out the unit I would be assessed a "Move Out" fee. - I cannot make this stuff up! -- Be weary of these guys.... on another note- I paid with my debt card on their portal.- they will save your CC number and charge you for the next months fee without your approval for the debt.. - I literally had to go on the portal each time I paid them and delete my Debt card info - to keep them from pre-charging my card.-
