Kinda upset cuz when I need something and they don't have it and have to oder it and when they say it will be in it never is and that's kinda upsetting when u expect something and really need it cuz it's only ride u have and ur part didn't come and u missing work that hurts

Was having check engine light come on and off... in Ripley for work one day last week and decided to stop by...had the sweetest lady come out and run the tester on my car. Very helpful and so pleased with everyone's friendly attitude. Live in Saltillo and had nothing but rude attitude from parts store here...Ripley..YOU ROCK!!!!

Helpful and friendly service. Price of the part I needed was less here than anywhere else. The only problem is they had to order it and it took 3 tries, 3 different days, to get it to the store. Still very nice and apologetic, I'm very happy with the product & the service. The 4 stars are only because of the trouble getting the product to the store.
