When we walked into Zales store trying to find my husband his wish of a diamond studded earring (knowing it was going to be pricey) we were met by this lovely and thoughtful lady by the name of Charryse. She shows us a few earrings and of course I’m concerned about the price lol but long story short she helped us get those earrings. It’s not everyday someone would take time to help someone find and get what they need but she did and we are truly grateful!!! Thanks Charryse❤️ May you continually be blessed.

I feel.i was over charged for my repair and cleaning. Paid almost 300. I thought that the price was extremely high. Second time having the ear ring repaired.

Do not use a Zales card. Avoid them all together. I had a balance on a promotion of $1700, was charged $1800 interest..110% Ridiculous!...Will never shop there again!

Love the sales crew at Zales. Always so helpful. My husband bought my wedding set 19 years ago and we been doing business with them since then. Looking for some nice quality jewelry with amazing service go see them. Did I mention he bought my ring in a different state and we moved to MS 14 years ago and they still take care of us.

Zales is my go-to place for jewelry. I'm in love with my purchase. The only snafu was my receipt. I received a receipt with someone else's name on it and a different product (engagement ring). But I did get my earrings. Thank you, Zales!
