Please don’t use Xfinity.
I asked to cancel it last year. And they were still charging me via auto payment. I called again and thought maybe I lacked information and thought about forgetting the payments I made without using because I didn’t want a hassle. But, today they decided to charge me again. I canceled 2 times. And still they want to charge me. $280 in their pocket without using it. And even if you cancel it. It’s hard to reach an agent to actually help you. One of the agent was speaking as if they didn’t want to do anything. And if you’re lucky you get a really kind agent that assists you. But on the end of the day. Don’t push your luck on using something like this service. I would recommend using a bigger company with a better service.
The Ridgeland Xfinity staffs are kind and nice but they do lack the information of the device. I really hope people won’t make the same mistake as I did to use Xfinity.

Have had internet service with Xfinity since March and it’s been down more than working. It always takes days before the “service interruption” is fixed. Meanwhile my daughter have to go without the ability to do her online classes. This company is the worse of the worse.

Since Xfinity has outsourced their customer service, this has absolutely the worst experience I had with any service. The automated system is the worst... it is not helpful. If you get a customer service rep, nine times out of ten, you will not reach a rep in the USA.The price has increased and the service has decreased. When they let you know, "the calls are being recording for quality assurance..." obviously not. Because, it they were recording and being reviewed, then management would know, they are having issues.On the flip side, they probably do know, but don't give a s***. I definitely would not refer Xfinity to anyone looking to change services.Now the outage issue. Those with Xfinity have been w/out service 6/17/2023. They won't provide updates and the automated system has been useless. Storms happen all the time and this lack of preparedness is totally unacceptable. Currently, no one can give you an estimated time the services will be restored.If any one knows a reputable cable service or streaming service, other than this one, please post your recommendations here. it would be greatly appreciated.I've already calculated my bill, per day... 10+ days no service, you will not offer me a $20 credit. No ma'am, no sir!!!!!!!

Tried to return equipment and change my plan, I pulled up and an employee met me at the door and took my equipment from me and said he would give a receipt for it. I told him I wanted to change my plan and he told me if I wanted to make changes I would have to call it in he would not do it for me. I think he said “we don’t do that here “.

The worst experience I’ve been with Xfinity for years and they charge me $500 dollars prior to me paying my $189.00 bill went into the store very good sales consultant the manager put in a request for my refund never followed up with me nor looked into why my refund got denied worst manager ever will never do business with Xfinity nor will I refer anyone they are thieves don’t trust them not this store but the company in general be aware .
