I was having a huge issue with my account, and no one at Wells Fargo could help me over the phone. I was so frustrated that I was ready to switch banks entirely.As a last ditch effort, I went into this branch to see if anyone could help. The entire staff here was friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. Every single person working took time to try to assist with my issue or simply to assure me that they would help me get it figured out. Katelyn (hope I'm spelling her name right) specifically went above and beyond to resolve my issues, even calling another bank for a verification that should not have been hers to obtain.Thank you to the staff at this location for saving me from a huge headache and tons of stress!

opened an account at WF because of their wide reach. Am I glad I did. This branch is nice, convenient and filled with courteous employees.

I used to be able to call these people at THIS LOCATION and they would answer any question I had. Now, it is absolutely impossible to talk with them over the phone or schedule an appointment.

Kind of annoying that I withdrew my money from Trustmark to come here thinking that this would be a better option. I had money on me that I shouldn't have had to carry around just because they couldn't meet with me to open an account. After taking to a banker, I understand that meetings were appointment only, but it was also hard to get an appointment here. Online openings only offered later appointments and the banker that was there didn't even offer to schedule an appointment for me. I'm going to Chase. They're customer service was a lot better and I found my interaction with them very convenient. I'm pretty sure Wells Fargo loses customers in this manner often.

We were having an issue that customer service could not resolve. We went to this branch and the bank teller(I didn't get her name) and Shalynn(personal banker) were very helpful and completely resolved our problem.

I visited this branch to put a large payment towards my loan. A middle aged woman with short blonde hair assisted me. My payment was denied. I asked which bank denied payment,she replied I don’t know and stated I would not be able to use debit card for 24 hours. I called my bank in which funds were being taken from and they said my debit card was ok to use and funds limit was raised so I could now use to make payment. I returned to WF to attempt to make payment again and Ihad my banker on phone to help with any issues. Same blonde was to assist me . I requested to make payment again and she replied I was not able to use debit card for 24 hours. This is the kind of service WF offers their customers. This woman could have offered me a chance to speak with a representative to continue with payment but did NOTHING seeing I was having issues making a simple payment. WF not a customer friendly bank and neither is this woman who works for WF.
