This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with and the staff has the worst attitudes ever. I had to have my doctor call and talk to them directly just to get my prescription and it still wasn't enough.

Your cashier complained the whole time I was waiting in line that she did not have any help and proceed to make it everyone else's problem. In the middle of checking out she told us to move to the front register because we were checking out at side of the store. Everyone walked there and waited for her to come, I quickly put my one item on the register, there was one person in front of me and I ran to get my card. I parked by the door so it was less than 10 seconds. She checked out the women in front of me and the accused me of skipping the line by not actually talking to me directly but by asking the man behind me. I quickly said, I was here I've been here the whole time and was ignored.I and everyone in that store was only trying to buy last minute items and all she wanted to do was start trouble. The cashier was very unprofessional and could have made a hostile environment for me if the man behind me was up for it. While I just needed to make a 15 second transaction buying a can of cream.There were 10 people in line I don't think all 10 would have just allowed me to skip. Not to mention why where my items already at the register and since she told everyone to move to the front she had no reason to actually accuse anyone since she clearly wasn't able to pay attention. I hope next time the cashier is trained on how to be more professional and check people out. Even if she didn't have help she didn't have to yell about it in the whole store and start unneeded trouble.

Took my film camera to be developed here. After waiting 2 & 1/2 weeks (I called a few times in between dropping it off to check on the status -note: they kept telling me to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get the photos back) I go inside just to find out they never even sent my film off to be developed... they just wasted my time. Don't recommend bringing any type of film to this place at all... don't waste your time like I did :(

The worst pharmacy ever, called to check in order said it wasn’t ready by automated system. Called 2/3 hrs later automated system said the same thing, so i decided to speak to a representative to ask how long. The prescription was already filled & waiting to be pick up.Made it to the pharmacy waited 15 minutes at the window for someone to come. Decided to press call light the pharmacy technician comes running and assisting with an attitude.I have strep throat so I was in pain and just been waiting this whole time. They don’t update anything in their system or on the app!! It’s pointless to have the app if they’re not going to update anything.

The pharmacy is so slow there alwaysa a line thru the drive thru but even if you go inside you still gotta wait sooooo long. It's always a waste of time to just pick up and order YOU order in advance

I dropped off my prescription at 3:00. Here it is, 6:00 and still isn’t ready! Wth is so wrong with this pharmacy that they can’t get medicine filled within an hour, and even that is pushing it. Most places have you wait maybe 30 mins for your script to be filled. This is just sad!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever seen! I will NOT be back! The pharmacy staff are great, it’s the rest of the store that’s awful.

Customers service in the Pharmacy department was horrible..All three tech had bad manners towards the customer and I will never shop at the Pharmacy in Ridgeland Ms. store

Put in a renewal request on 12/17/21 and was told it would be ready 12/20/21. Went in on 12/22/21 and was told they didn't have it, but would have it on 12/23/21. They didn't have one and gave me half of my insulin, but charged me the whole price. I wasn't aware until I got home because they conveniently staple it into a bag. When I called, I was informed they would have the rest on 12/24/21. I was traveling and asked to have it sent to where I was going but was told I couldn't because I had paid for half but they would give it to me on 1/4/22 when I got home. I went in on 1/4/22, only to be told that they couldn't hold it that long and returned it. I asked for the medication that they didn't have before and they said they didn't have it and told me, "you aren't my only customer." They are right, but now I'm not going to be a customer at all.
