Genuinely the worst experience at any phone store. I traded my old phone in and got a new one. The lady who helped me the first time lied to me several times and I have proof of that because it shows in my account. I was told I would be getting a large chunk of money off the phone because my old one was in perfect condition. She told me she also signed me up to get money off my bill each month because I was a student and I have not received any money off. She signed me up for a few things I did not ask for. I told her I did not want the most expensive plan but she signed me up for it anyway without even telling me about the other and cheaper plans. Overall, do not go to verizon on east county line rd.

If I could push 0 I would. Gerald he talked so fast that you couldn’t even u restart. Like he was trying to confuse him. I am glad I came with him. Gerald was horrible took my father in law to get new phone . Did not pay attention to us. At all. He would say two words then go to another customer that came in after us. And then come back to us. Apparently he didn’t care enough for our business. Then he wouldn’t take cash. My father in law is older he don’t do credit cards. You know against the law not to take money… if your a business. Will never go to shop again. Do better version!!!

Do not sign up with Verizon. They don't give you phone trade in credit in time. Their customer support won't help, and the store manager is this store, in particular, is unreliable. As a new customer, my phone bill has been incorrect over 5 months with no resolution in sight.
