I don't know which UPS in Ridgeland, MS received my package. But whatever incompetent worker processed my package; sent it back to the previous drop off point in another state. What's worse they tried to cover it up by erasing the history and drop offs. But the people I purchased the gift from kept a detailed record of UPS. That's how I knew it was sent back states away. I was supposed to get it Friday but its being pushed back to Tuesday unless they change the date again. The package was gift but thanks to some inept worker I didn't get it in time for the party.

If you ever go into the UPS on County Line Rd in Ridgeland Ms you have to work with Jason McMillan. He is the BEST and always so Friendly!!!

If you don’t have enough workers to the point you have to close/ open based on your employee availability. Just close the location cause there is no reason I should drive 20plus min to a store that says it’s open and I show up and it’s a sign in the door saying you had to close 2 hours earlier!

Lucky if you get your package. One of the drivers who isn’t in UPS truck for one won’t knock and will instead leave a note that the package is at an access point. Once at the access point we’re told “It’s not here he didn’t bring it” and then informed that this happens all the time when the note left on the door says my package is there. This is borderline theft.
