I am not writing this as a customer, but as a former employee willing to give you guys a "beware" when looking for a job.I know this is a lot to read, but it may save you a job application or at least consider what is going on behind the stage:With respect and utmost sincerity, I feel compelled to share my recent experience as an employee at Tuxedo Junction. Please take into consideration the following aspects when evaluating the company:Throughout my five-month tenure, I consistently went above and beyond my assigned duties which includes opening and responsible for running errands during opening hours, I incurred additional expenses for gas and devoted extra effort to ensure smooth operations.Despite my willingness to go the extra mile, the lack of communication within the company became evident. After four months of dedicated service, I was abruptly informed that my work had been incorrect. However, after 4 months of doing the same thing and not being told anything whatsoever, It is disheartening that constructive feedback and guidance were not provided earlier, as it would have allowed me to rectify any mistakes and improve my performance. Which brings the statement "You've been working here for 4 months, you should know this already", however only at that time was I ever told anything was wrong with what I was doing, so of course I would keep doing what I was doing, although my mistakes were understandable, saying that I've worked there for 4 months and should be knowing anything can only mean one thing, miscommunication and a lack of training. In addition, the training process at Tuxedo Junction was inadequate. Basic tasks, such as answering phone calls, were criticized. On my last day I've been told that I wasn't able to do basic tasks like answering the phone, however, if someone were to have told me to actually practice rather than simply picking up the phone and placing the person on hold every single time, without proper instruction or opportunities for practice. I am not to be blamed for not knowing that task. The fitting process, mentioned as an area requiring improvement, was never addressed adequately, leaving me without the necessary skills and guidance to succeed. Knowing how prom season began and my training process was pretty much abandoned afterwards. With that in mind, also noticing how I have been used this entire time for that busy season only and surely afterwards after all that I have done, I was abruptly let go from the job.I would like to acknowledge the hard work of the owners and express my respect for them and their dedication. Throughout my employment, I maintained a respectful attitude and refrained from voicing my concerns. However, the sudden termination without any prior indication left me in a vulnerable position, particularly considering my financial obligations and the unequal distribution of responsibilities. Considering how I am all alone at a fairly young age paying rent and bills, I am left jobless. Being told "because you worked at (a certain place well known for it's customer service), I figured it wouldn't be hard for you to find another job". I wish that was the case because I am still looking and jobless to this day, but thanks for mentioning that to me.Considering the circumstances, I hope my feedback sheds light on the lack of communication, inadequate training, and unequal allocation of responsibilities at Tuxedo Junction. Prospective job seekers should carefully consider these aspects when evaluating opportunities with the company. Before you think of me as a young person nowadays not caring about their job and raging at these people for something "simple", you ought to be mistaken, as even the owners and everyone else thinks that I am a very respectful person who is simply trying to get myself a head-start in life and actually caring about the stuff I do, which is why I'm leaving this review/feedback. Thank you, Tuxedo Junction, for the time I spent with you, and for the lessons learned after this

When I got fitted the guy told me that everything would be great and I didn’t have to try it on so I had my wife pick it up for me so when I took it back I was telling a woman on staff that the shirt was 3 times to small and she just rushed me out the door saying what I should have done I understand mistakes happen but rudeness is not great business
