Great selection and prices! The owner and his wife are extremely nice and helpful and I love supporting a family-owned business. I was surprised and saddened to see the most recent review, as I've always had wonderful experiences here over the years. Perhaps that was a temporary seasonal employee.

Unfortunately my experience here was terrible. I went in excited to look at engagement rings with hopes to find the one but the lady who took care of us was rude. She asked us if we needed help and we said we were looking for engagement rings. She just stared at us. Me and my boyfriend felt her negative vibe but we continued. I told her if I could look at a ring and after looking at about 6 rings I found one I really liked but it was just a bit small. She never sat us down, asked us about prices, about what size we wanted, etc. We’ve been to other places and they have always walked us through everything. I asked her how would I go about wanting a bigger rock and she said rudely “well you have to know your pricing, what type of rock you want, and what size you want. do you know all that???” All with an attitude and hand movements. I said no very nicely and she just stared. Although I did have a price range in mind she never asked so I did not say nothing. At this point I was heated. I told her if she could show me some options of rocks and she rudely rolled her eyes and pulled a book out. I told her it was ok that I was going to look somewhere else and left. I shed a tear as I was walking out because I had never gotten treated like that. This was on November 25th from 1:20 to 1:30. I was only in there for 10 minutes and was not welcomed. This is a place where you engagement dreams are treated horribly. She was an older women.

Excellent service from David Capton. I stopped in to inquire about a pair of earrings bought from another jewelry a couple years ago in Nebraska. The earrings have been a staple for me to wear every day until the back hinge type closure would not work anymore. Having moved here almost 2 years ago, I haven’t established any jewelry here until today. I am so grateful to have it fixed…at no charge & the only thing I wish is that I had stopped in earlier! Thank you, Traditional Jewelers! I will be back in soon !

Needed watch battery replacement. Upon entering the door met with the greeting of the day. Friendly staff and reasonable prices! I don't buy a lot of jewelry but I will definitely be back for watch service!

The clasp on my mom’s charm broke. Everywhere I went wanted 40.00 and up to add a gold bell. I stopped by traditional jewelers since they were closest to the house to get one last estimate. He asked me if I was set on getting a bell soldered on the charm, I told him no. He presented a great option that would do exactly what I needed at 1/2 the price. It was like a double ring, I forgot the exact name. Thank you Traditional Jewelers for solving my problem without breaking the bank. I highly recommend them!!

I recently purchased a Luminox watch from this store. When I first came in asking about a particular watch, they didn’t have it in stock but assured me they would get it within a few weeks. I was amazed at how fast they were able to get the watch for me as well as provide an incredible price. The customer service here is nothing short of incredible. I would be the first to recommend this place to a friend, or stranger for that matter, looking to make a purchase.
