Never coming back to this Starbucks. You need new staff. I come to this Starbucks quite frequently, and when I told your barista, Jessica, this she told me she works there all the time. Jessica is rude, unprofessional, has a NASTY attitude and demeanor, and acts like she doesn’t enjoy her job. I ordered a tall spicy açaí lemonade refresher and a grande açaí lemonade refresher at the drive through. On separate tickets. When I heard the price of the grande, I asked for BOTH orders to be grande. It was my sister making the order. I received a grande spicy and a tall. Not spicy. When we brought the tall back, Jessica said she was not going to change it, and that we were given the correct order. Because, she and the other employees, heard the order. I guess Jessica and her coworkers don’t make mistakes. I understand how they could have gotten confused, but I know what was ordered. The guy next to her also had a nasty demeanor. And someone was laughing in the back. The barista at the window was, and always is friendly. Jessica also charged for the price difference with an attitude. I don’t trust these people handling my food and I will NEVER return. You’re losing a valued customer and you will lose more with this despicable service.

Arrived and had to ask several workers for help. My friend asked for a order and they did not have the ingredients in stock so she inquired about another item and the cashier rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed when she asked about the item that she had never had. Horrible

I stopped coming here because EVERYTIME I ordered from here, they ALWAYS messed up my order. I started to feel like they were doing it on purpose after the third time so I just stopped going here. Their attitudes are awful too like oh my god. I like shopping in the stores in the Renaissance area, but I hate this Starbucks. I’ll stick to the one that’s on Baptist road.

Teach your staff how to follow directions! Teach them how to be polite and treat people with respect when they are questioned about their mistakes! They didn’t make our drink as requested! Gave us someone else’s order and than had an attitude when they were politely asked to fix it! Throwing stuff down in the sink! Huffing, puffing, and getting upset!

Filthy. You could see the mess everywhere behind their counter at the mobile pick up. Empty milk jugs all over, spilled liquid on the counter. The bathroom was disgusting. There’s build-up all over the walls near the hand dryer, everything was damp.Staff couldn’t be bothered to greet anyone, even when we thanked them for our mobile drinks. Just blank stares, as if they were offended we were even speaking to them. Zero customer service skills present. I 100% understand the difficulties of providing top tier service when things are busy, but baristas were literally staring off into the distance or at a wall.

These young women in here are rude as ever and I honestly will never go back I felt really disrespected and I vocalized I was trying to be respectful even though my drink ruined my meal because it was made bitter how you rush someone make something disgusting then roll your eyes and the pass me off to a manger without even the courtesy of the same respect then the manager says that wasn’t disrespectful smh well then I definitely don’t want to see what is

The food was incredibly stale and the service wasn't much better. It felt like they rushed me out and it felt like they didn't want me to see what was in the kitchen. The ambiance wasn't much better the light was constantly flickering and it needed to be fixed.

Arrived at 5:30am for my morning expresso and was greeted by a very nice young man who appeared to be working alone. What was amazing...he was taking, making and dishing out orders as if he had a full staff of baristas! I was impressed. I received my order with 3 minutes of arriving. Way to go Starbucks!

This was my first time ordering any type of coffee at Starbucks. I do not drink it in any form. Today is Veterans Day so I decided to go to get the free coffee. I wanted sugar no cream and she said I could add flavors but I left my money in car so just got plain coffee.The young lady who took my order was very very friendly and helpful. She said their coffee was the BEST!I finally tasted the coffee and I don’t like it but then I don’t like coffee. If they put sugar in it I can’t taste it! ? It smells great!Parking: It’s located in high traffic shopping center so this makes getting in and out difficult at times.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I felt like they were mad at me. Terrible attitude. I give them a big tip every time I come in and you never get a thank you or a sign of appreciation my orders are always messed up, incorrect, and no one smiles, I’ve given this place 4 opportunities to redeem themselves. because everybody has a bad day now and then, but this is ridiculous. I hope someone in corporate fixes this, Starbucks used to be known for the good people they hired in the service they rendered.
